This is the 80th year celebrations of the iconic Italian Vespa scooter. First introduced in 1946 as affordable and accessible transport for an Italian post war population. Photo taken in the Italian Tuscan village of Montichiello, near Pienza. Happy birthday Vespa. 😃👍
All good things come to an end, sometime , and today's the day we return to the UK. This is one sight I will miss. Standing on my yoga mat twice a day, I have to focus and concentrate by looking directly at this lovely cottage from our outside, flat roofed yoga studio. And breath, and relax! 😃👍

Today's adventure was a very steep climb to the next village of Kato Garouna on Corfu. A typical old Greek village of old shops with bakery and nice coffee shop. Everwhere, beautiful flowers.

High Street Totness, Devon, just above the point where it becomes Fore Street, marked by the reconstructed bridge and clock tower, originally built to celebrate Queen Victoria's Jubilee in1897, and then all but destroyed in a devastating fire in 1990, now looking superb, even on a damp afternoon.
It is always a pleasure to see beautiful flowers in your own garden. This was a gratefully received present a year ago. It's a Geum, and the variety is Mrs. J. Bradshaw, which seems more like the first line of a letter, than the name of a flower! 😃👍

One of the most historic buildings in Monmouth, Monmouthshire, is the 15th Priory lodgings building and gatehouse, much restored, it captures the feel of the era. It is famous for its 'Geoffrey's window', an Oriel window, which is an upper floor bay window, which does not reach the lower floor.
