It’s interesting how your solution to keeping people’s rights to buy disposable barbecues is to police beauty spots and fine people for being there.
Maybe a disposable barbecue police officer tax premium would pay for it. Extra £10 per barbecue sold
So sending police to patrol remote areas is the priority now? So people in flats can have disposable barbecues? Send the police into all the wooded areas? How many extra officers should we recruit for that? And what if they aren’t exactly where they need to be when a fire starts?
Nothing beats the Stay Puft marshmallow man in Ghostbusters. Pictured is the Atari 8-bit version. A single sprite (called Players in Atari speak) could be 256 scan lines tall (taller than the screen itself) and had multiple pixel widths. 8 pixels wide apiece, this one is two players side-by-side
Unfortunately doesn’t say ‘arrives by fathers day’, but I’m tempted to get this transparent sticker to surprise my wife in the morning
Not able to remember any particular game as most were endless, but the first (probably only) text adventure I ever completed was Stranded by English software on the Atari 8-bit
Yeah I see warnings of increased electricity usage, but in the UK electricity usage has been declining for a long while now. There are genuine issues though - noise pollution being a major one.
Yes, but I bet you like a bit of Smith Wigglesworth with your tea & crumpets
Trousers too short, tan shoes, wHiTe SOCKS! I think this ‘Eric Idle’ might be a British spy… 🤔
Boots were even publishing computer books. This is the book that had me learning to program in the summer hols of ‘86
New pound notes I hear? With British animals? £5, £10, £20, £50 suggestions below
ZX Spectrum artwork… It’s all garish poster art! Its limitations make it very 80’s in style
