Couldn't resist picking up some of the sacred texts when out for the weekly shop earlier today.

This scene from Hellfire Valley was cut entirely. Apart from the incorrect lore drop that International Rescue is privately funded by unseen subscribers, the idea that IR is so close to collapse is just oddly hilarious!

Always fascinating to see how these original scripts compare with the finished stories. Sometimes, only minor editorial upgrades take place, other times, entire overhauls occur.

First week of the new job in the can! Lots of lovely feedback and support from the new line manager, and I've spent the evening recording a podcast interview about All Sections Alpha. Spent the first 20 minutes of the interview looking for the 'on' button on my microphone. Think I've earned these!

As if being a chartered accountant wasn't thrilling enough, WFH spent several years in the East Riding Artillery Volunteers, first as a quartermaster, eventually promoted to a captain!

Once again, we are trawling through the family archives. Chap on the left is David Harris, my granddad, taken in 1940. Chap on the right is my great-grandad, and one half of my namesake, Walter Fred Harris.

Oooh yeah, such different boys. My first ever Sunstreaker! Never realised how their transformation is so Wheeljack-coded. Liege Maximo is an absolute UNIT.

I may be sad I'll never see the kids again, but my much-delayed order of Classic Butter Yellow Space Carman and Devil Bastard Porcupine Goblin are finally on their way. A pre-TFNation treat!

Today was my last day as a teacher as I move on to pastures new. We had a chilled day to see the kids off with a movie, snacks and games. One of my students insisted on assembling the greatest gift package I'm ever likely to receive. I will treasure Blane forever.

I bought some display stands for my Corgi Thunderbirds and coupled with some compatible Transformers blast effects, HOLY SHIT.

I hadn't planned in getting weirdly emotional in ways I struggle to articulate with getting my comp of the Thunderbirds Comic Anthology Vol. 2. The Earthquake Maker was the first ever Thunderbirds comic strip I ever read. To re-experience that strip in a hardback I helped make is.. too trippy.

Dr. Wu almost exclusively trade in G1 lads, but they had a go at a very mechanical looking Optimus Primal at some point.
