Commodore 128
@commodore128
Hello! I've always been an avid collector of trading cards and video games, so I figured I'd take those passions online! Check out my Youtube channels if you have the time! > youtube.com/Commodore128 > youtube.com/@CommodoreCards
I just think they're neat. Also I do not trust anything digital or that requires an internet connection, so I try to avoid all that if I can. And of course they're fun to search for and collect and all that. Many reasons, I guess.
I guess I can highlight this as well. I added hunter-killer missiles to the sides of my Deathstrike Launchers. Because they gotta do something on turn one! #Warhammer40k #WarhammerCommunity
My "Mega Leman Russ" is one of my proudest conversions. It was a lot of work and took several Leman Russ kits to create, but I'm very happy with how it turned out. Someone even asked me what Forgeworld model it is once. High praise!
It's #WIPWednesday no longer, for my Malcador Defender is complete! The top part was 3D printed, but after a lot of work and many spare plastic parts you really can't tell. Good thing I had all those spare Leman Russ heavy bolters. #Warhammer40k #WarhammerCommunity
They were highly sought-after, so I had to stand in line outside a store to get mine. Unfortunately that one was later stolen in a break-in, so this is a replacement. Still old enough to gave the Gamecube ports, that's what matters!
Mordians, of course! They were always my favorites. But if I were to start a new one today, I think I'd do the thing with Cadian bodies and Empire heads from WFB. Those are cool too. Mind you, I don't know if that's even possible with modern Cadian models.
My poor gold cartridge. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's stuck with this cursed save file that even changing the battery didn't fix. I fear it may be beyond my ability to repair. Oh well, it still looks cool as a display piece.
We love Wii games in this house Post some of your favorite Wii games
My Ork Stompa is based on a Monolith that I got from a friend when he was selling out of his Warhammer stuff. I tried to replicate his color scheme, so canonically it is from his Necrons. The two Leman Russ halves are also from an old Cadian army of mine that no longer exists.
A lot of shiny with my Mordian officers. A couple of these are some of my oldest work, I was probably still in high school when I painted Macharius, but I like to think I kept the theme pretty consistent over the years.
Show me a cool physical game: Nothing quite like the feeling of the Gen 2 Pokemon experience. I've played it a lot in recent years, and it's still something special.
Let's just take a moment to appreciate the beauty of Wii U game disks today.
Nature's Rhythm and Frenzied Baloth come to mind as a couple recent favorites. I was actually a little surprised the Baloth didn't get more hype, it seems like a pretty loaded card to me.
Artists, show me your GUNS!!!! 🔫 It took me YEARS to come up with a cool way to make Mordian heavy weapons. Turns out the secret ingredient was Lego wagon wheels the whole time.
The N64 is home to so many of my favorite games! I was a little young for most of its era, but even so, it was a wonderful time. I just recommend playing N64 games with an actual N64 controller if possible. They do function a little differently than modern ones.
We've got Havocs! I think I'd like to have another squad of these in the future. They suit a footslogging army like The Cleaved nicely. But I've been working on Chaos for long enough. My next project will be Guard-related. #Warhammer40k #WarhammerCommunity
Let’s see your absolute favourite go-to Digimon! I don't know or care how they handled Etemon in the original version of the anime. The Elvis impersonator voice alone makes the English dub the definitive version to watch.
Hah, indeed. This is what he looked like when I got him. Missing an arm, but I made it work. I needed an officer with the biggest, doofiest power fist I could find!
#WIPWednesday My Chaos Havocs are almost finished, so my next painting projects will be some cool stuff for my Valhallans! I don't have room on my shelves for the Malcador. Didn't think this one through. 🙃
I think it's actually my Valhallan Guard army. They started out as a small force I built for "artistic expression," but somehow it grew and grew into what is probably my largest army. Of course, having a titan helps in that regard! I don't have any full army shots, unfortunately.
Drop some armour. The various Leman Russ variants I've concocted for my Valhallans. My Malcador will fit right in when it's done.
I love it when someone watches through one of my LPs and my "recently viewed" page looks like this. It's like, yes! Binge the whole thing! 😁
When you reek this much they call you a Havoc. Or something like that. My first Havocs are done! I'll just finish the squad, then I think I'll move on to something not Chaos-related. I still have the sergeant and a couple lascannoners to go. #Warhammer40k #WarhammerCommunity
Kitbashes are what my Orks were all about! With the amount of Rhinos and Landraiders I bought, you'd think I was playing a full-sized Marine army.
It's #WIPWednesday! Behold my latest project: the Helbrute! Naturally, I couldn't just build it normally. I magnetized as much as I could for all sorts of options! It was a lot of work. This will be fun to paint though, I can't wait to see it finished. #Warhammer40k #WarhammerCommunity
Oh, we're talking Mario Sunshine today? I couldn't get into Odyssey. I was never a fan of the 3D Land games. So yeah, I would actually rank Sunshine above those ones. Sunshine is dope. Heck, as much as I can appreciate Mario 64, I like Sunshine more than that as well.
