Tipsy the raccoon earned her name stumbling sugar drunk on hummingbird water when she was a wee little one. She visited today helping herself to an afternoon nosh. She is not fond of broccoli but will pluck it out of the garden and leave it on the patio just to remind me of our sweet feud.

These two #CanadianGeese announced their arrival yesterday. They’re rather entertaining to observe. The chivalry alone is heartwarming. They’ll build a nest and defend against foxes and hawks. But their commitment to each other is so beautiful to behold in this wild world.
