Does anyone else remember Nighthawks on Irish TV in the early 90s? I was a young/mid teenager (very mid tbh) and I recall a feeling of "Is this allowed? Do the bosses know this show is on?" It seemed odd and transgressive and I fell in love with Bláithín Keaveney (Michelle Houlden)

Man, being good-looking really isn't enough. There's lots of beautiful people. But how many people can smile like this?* *Actually I generally think a reluctant or sardonic but believably sincere smile is kind of a super move for any actor.
Is the reason people aren't embarrassed to wear them that they are less obviously pervert glasses than the previous efforts? Once people realise they are, they will still look at the wearer with distrust and contempt.
