By the time, I learned of this one, it was already a pricy rarity. I can't feature this on Treasure Chest because of all the licensed music, but I hope its gameplay is as good as I've heard.
15th game finished in 2026! This may actually be my favorite Tenchu game now, taking the place of Tenchu 2! While I like creating my own missions, this one has the tightest gameplay in the series. Maybe the PSP game came provide both?
Besides stuff for videos, I've been playing a couple of obscure RPGs lately. These two couldn't be more different, & I'm enjoying them.
14th game finished in 2026! Though the magic was fun to play around with, I made Brian so physically powerful, he caused the most damage by hitting enemies with his stick! The final boss was stupid easy since I was stingey with my items the whole game. Not the best RPG, but far from the worst!
This is just one of 8 books of games, 4 books of movies, 3 of TV shows, & 4 of music. Those promoting streaming and all-digital can byte me.
Game time w/ my wife... Played Yahtzee "Advanced Mode" for the 1st time & scored 6 Yahtzees in one game!
Watching through Three's Company, some of the funniest moments are when I spot the boom mic getting in the frame!
Today is a celebration day! I hit 600 followers here & reached my 15th anniversary for my day job! In fact, to celebrate, I'll do the one thing I actively avoid doing... I'll show my face! Please, be careful when recoiling in horror!
13th game finished in 2026! Here's another N64 game with a short story mode, but the last couple of stages were as ridiculously difficult as Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine! I'm counting it!
The two sides of one of my favorite directors, Paul Verhoeven.
I can't believe no one listed John Coffey from "The Green Mile" yet, though Del's death was a close second.
He also appeared in the DS9 episode "Sanctuary" as Bajoran musician Varani.
12th game finished in 2026! I know it may be cheap to include an arcade shmup that can be finished in under an hour in my completion tally. However, my very limited game time means I take the wins wherever I can get them. This also marks my first N64 completion!
11th game finished in 2026. I hit the end credits for the tour; I'm counting it! This golf game can easily compete with Outlaw Golf 2 for best golf game ever! Given I've played more golf games than anyone else in the world (probably), that's ABSOLUTELY high praise!
My wife & I watched lots of David Attenborough's nature docs over the years. He knows his stuff & has a great, soothing voice for it. Thanks, sir, and happy 100th birthday!
10th game finished in 2026. This was a pure trip! A very creative puzzle game that definitely got me thinking in new ways. It even had a very positive message at the end! Bravo!
9th game finished in 2026 & 5th Final Fantasy game finished! Very basic RPG but fun. My problem was the loot weighed too much in favor of having a warrior on your team. I played w/ a monk, a thief, & both mages, & I struggled to find gear for them until the last act.
8th game finished in 2026 & 3rd Tomb Raider game finished overall! The overreliance on combat got on my nerves, but the exploration & puzzles kept me going. I didn't bother with the multiplayer; it just felt tacked on.
Hey, remember when he chilled out and had ribs with Tom Paris?
7th game finished in 2026! A good mobile game that just went way too long. It took a year & a half to 100% the Achievements!
6th game finished in 2026! Probably the best example of how to do a Metroidvania in 3D, & I tried plenty of them! A great haunted house story with superhero aspects. It was a hoot flying around while flinging everything not nailed down at the Hiss! #videogames
5th game finished in 2026. Still looks amazing despite being an Xbox One launch title! The basic combat works well, but the command parts drove me nuts. The revenge plot is standard but well done.
Since we're talking tennis, I picked this up a few days ago.
Finally finished Sailor Moon R for the 1st time. It was OK but felt unfocused. The Makai Tree plot in the 1st 3rd has nothing to do with the rest of the season, & the Black Moon Clan plot felt rushed. I hope Sailor Moon S is more focused.
4th game finished in 2026. Easily my pick for best game of 2025 & worth putting on my favorite games list if I ever update it. The most addictive roguelike I ever played! Tons of variety with the powerups & any number of strategies that'll work.
I just finished recording the gameplay footage for my annual Military Appreciation Month special. I'm surprised this game doesn't get on to hardest game ever lists! The campaign is insane right from the start! I guess people just aren't aware of it, since it was an original Xbox exclusive.
