I can do individual motifs but an actual whole image? I usually start ripping stitches about halfway through and then I start a new one. Oh well, learn by fucking up, it’s the only way I do!

Right?! This little guy has like… four or five beds, one of which he sleeps in reluctantly sometimes at night, but he started making biscuits on this one immediately and I stayed so still bc I didn’t want to scare him off 😂 he’s currently ekekek-ing at birds but he sat in it for a bit this morning!

Since I can’t be arsed figuring out my blog right now (I have one, I just forget to do things with it) to write a whole piece, I’m just going to share one of my most faithful ADHD accommodations: the humble dot sticker! Using them is a habit I’ve built to combat time blindness.

Third book of 2026, and it was a library book! AND I didn’t have to renew it! It was a pretty decent overview that has given me even more of a reading list and also some inspiration for my own writing, but I have three main quibbles (see next posts).

2nd book finished for 2026! Another that I didn’t get to finish last year—I put it down around Chapter 10 (Thou Shalt Not Drink and Call) but fortunately I got over my secondhand embarrassment! That feeling is the result of very strong writing, imo. Anyway, I love Yamilet (and Cesar) 🩷
