I realized I needed to pick another day of exercise to improve my stamina. My regular therapy exercise twice a week has done me a lot of good but I need a bit of extra. The local senior center has a cardio drumming class , and I attended. Loads of fun , and I had a proper work out.

I did some test run animations and my exercise coach teased "you should do one of me running." Since I had done a cartoon of him (just for fun) I used it for the animation. The prompt ...needs work but the results are, I think, hilarious.

More than 10,000 marched in Dallas. It was peaceful and friendly; very little litter was left behind. People quickly stepped in when others appeared to need help. No brawl, no arrests.
We played "guess the flag." I lost. Never play guess the flag with anyone who's been in the Navy.
