My grandpa was one of the crew who painted the Golden Gate Bridge when it was built. He moved from Nebraska to San Francisco during the Great Depression and did all he could as a single parent to support his three children.

In memory of Gemma, an absolute beast who was part of our family and gave us much joy. We will miss her so much.
