🚲 Michael has cycled all his life. Now aged 89, his bike remains a vital way of getting around day to day. "It's my main way of looking after myself. I use my bike to get shopping most days... I realise just how much easier it is to get around and to deal with everyday things by using my bike."

🚲🩺 For the last three years, Kirsty, an NHS health visitor in Glasgow, has cycled to work and appointments, helped by new cycling infrastructure. "Seeing all the people cycling on the cycle lane is amazing. I feel so much safer where I know that area is for people on bikes and there are no cars."

🚲☀️ A brilliant month for #BikeabilityScotland delivery in the Western Isles! All schools on all islands in Comhairle Nan Eilean Siar have now delivered Level 2 on-road cycle training this school year - giving children in the region the essential skills and confidence to cycle safely on roads.
