🚲 Michael has cycled all his life. Now aged 89, his bike remains a vital way of getting around day to day. "It's my main way of looking after myself. I use my bike to get shopping most days... I realise just how much easier it is to get around and to deal with everyday things by using my bike."

🎉 Brilliant news that a pilot project restoring old bikes and giving them back to communities has won a Scottish Transport Award! Skills for employment, waste reduction, and changing lives by giving bikes to children and young people who'd otherwise face financial barriers to cycling.
