How do you run Draw Steel montages? I go with medium individual checks on rnd 1 and then hard individual checks on rnd 2. If the heroes are plus 4 on their checks, an easy montage has a 75% success rate, moderate 47%, hard 20%. And, usually, heroes can bring more resources to bear to improve that.
