Tonight I had some quesadillas I ordered online. Company is Rise & Puff. The ones I had tonight were chipotle chicken flavored. You can cook them in the oven, air fryer, or microwave. I used the air fryer. Delicious and I recommend them.
Frozen pizza tonight. Tombstone actually makes a pretty good pizza.
Tonight’s dinner was homemade chicken chow mein-pan fried noodles. Delicious. Made 4 meals out of it.
Simple dinner tonight. Egg salad sandwich on toasted white bread with fries.

Eye of round steak, creamed corn, and hash browns. It’s what’s for dinner.
Game time dinner tonight. Apple Bourbon chicken sausages with relish, ketchup, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese served with a side of homemade fries seasoned with seasoning salt and red pepper flakes. Absolutely delicious.
Wanted to make some chicken gravy to add chicken to. Didn’t have any packets of chicken gravy. So I made homemade chicken gravy. 3 cups of water, 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon, and three tablespoons of flour. Seasoned with black pepper. Poured the gravy mix over mashed potatoes. Delicious.
Mini meatball sandwiches. Garlic bread, meatballs, marinara, and provolone cheese. Great use of leftover meatballs.
Cellentani pasta with red sauce, meatballs, black olives, and mushrooms. So good.
Made this in the crock pot last night. Had it for dinner tonight. Crock pot’s it poor man’s stew only addition I made to the recipe was adding diced andouille sausage. Delicious.
Good dinner tonight. Homemade pizza. Chicken, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and black olives.
Well with rainy weather, decided to have some soup with buttermilk flaky biscuits. Pabst beer cheese with potato and chorizo soup by Chunky. Delicious with just a touch of spice.
Tonight was a quick and easy dinner. Beef fajitas. Two of the bad boys and I am stuffed. Delicious.
