Garlic lime chicken breast with mango salsa over rice is one of my faves. Especially when grilled over an open fire.
Just finished bottling my very first test batch of chokecherry wine! Turned out super good and got 17x750 ml bottles out of the about 2/3 batch i tried. Still have 2 full batches going that have a couple months left before bottling too. Strong stuff about 18% abv
Well now that the sun is almost down and the mosquitos are out calling it a day for picking. The pictures on the left is what I got today and the pic on the right was yesterday's haul. Anybody near regina want to buy some Saskatoon berries?
Saskatoon berry season and been picking since yesterday. Yesterday I managed to pick 6.5 kilos and today I have at least that much again. The pictures are of the Saskatoons I picked yesterday on the right and one of the ones I picked so far today on the left.
Double baked stuffed potato. Mixed the filling with cottage cheese, onion, butter, garlic, pepper and vegetable seaoning and put it into the skins I baked with cheese in them and then topped with cheese and baked them again. Delicious.
Looks like my home is forbidden making me the ultimate introvert!
The first try of chokecherry wine making seems to be going well so far. The yeast seems to have calmed down like the guide said as its not frothy on top anymore and smells super boozy so I think its going well based on my 0 experience.
reminds me so much of that other one with the bad police sketch. There is also that viral news video of the leprechaun that was super funny.
Had extra Saskatoon berry filling left from the batch I made the other day so decided to make a couple more pastries to use it up and this time I made some icing to drizzle on top.
Made some Saskatoon berry pie filling and a few pastries to munch on.i ate this one a bit before I took a picture (so you can see the filling not because I didn't think to take a picture until after I started easting it)
Look how tiny this Lil bean is... papers for scale. Before you ask she is over 2 years old and hasn't been growing for ages now so she is just at her size.
Does anybody else have a cat that taught itself the best place to pee is directly over the tub drain so whenever you run the tap in the tub you are reminded for a few seconds by the whiff of ammonia?
This would be great for one of those dolls that they sew human looking teeth into.
Made some delicious fancy tropical granola pucks just now. Crushed banana chip, chopped dehydrated mango and coconut with some marshmallow and rice krispies in it. Turned out very tasty if I do say so myself. Will make this recipe again.
These burritos turned out awesome and super cheap too. I really love making big batches of food like this and freezing it to make things so much easier in the long run. Turns out can be cheap too. About $1 each burrito
Is it dishonest to freeze a video of his at a time it makes it look like he is promoting gay sex? I'm just asking questions.
As far as I have been able to tell watching streaming isn't illegal in Canada, just downloading and selling it or uploading it and monetizing it.
