In my parents' garden, my father planted a cherry tree the year to commemorate my birth yar (1946). It has become majestic, still alive today, my favorite since my childhood. Every year, picking the cherries was a ritual until my mother passed away in 2001. Thank you 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👋🏿💙
#art #sculpture #Rome #CapitolineMuseum #Galatian The Dying Galatian is a marble copy of a work by Epigonos of Pergamon (around 323 BC). It was made around 230-220 BC. The abundant hair, the mustache, and the torque clearly identify it as a Galatian. Perfect execution and realism.

#France #Bordeaux #wine #Medoc #ChâteauTourDeBy Château La Tour de By, known by this name since 1876, but already famous in 1599. After many changes, it was taken over by the Pagès family in 1965 and brought to a very high level of quality. Today, the 4th generation of family is running the show.
