More things found while packing: 10 quid and a sealed pack of Japanese Star Wars themed mints
Looking through this E3 ‘98 guide. First: wow look at that keynote lineup! Second: wow what an extremely unfortunate booking of those two talks huh? Whatever could be keeping girls from playing video games in 1998?! Anyway here’s how to render the least soullessly disturbing sexy Lara Croft render
In Season Two, I implemented new ambient encounters for all tiers for Night Marsh, new encounters and boss fights in the Upper Complex area, and the UESC Cert system. I also placed the ambient husks (YES YES YES YES) and new Night Marsh hazards. I also balanced and remixed some launch encounters.
I also designed and implemented major activities and boss fights, including the Lockdown event, launch ambient Boss encounters, Outpost infiltration methods, and Cryo Archive unique boss fights.
Back at Bungie on Marathon I was responsible for the systems that controlled, placed, and partitioned ambient AI encounters from a strict AI budget. I also designed and implemented all ambient encounters through end of Season One, as well as major boss encounters across all Zones and Cryo.
At Luminous Productions at Square-Enix, I was a Level and World Planner for Forspoken, a new action-RPG franchise based out of Shinjuku. Worked on major region design, plus things like challenge design and implementation and loot and encounter placement.
I also designed and implemented major public events, like Archon's Forge and Blind Well. Sorry for making you all crouch through hallways!
On Destiny, I worked on living world design, ambient encounters, patrols, public events, and secrets for destinations like the Dreadnaught, the Plaguelands, and the Dreaming City, as well as working on world and world quest design for all launch destinations for Destiny 2.
On Halo 4 and 5 I was a mission designer, and also assisted in early open world exploration for Halo 5. I also worked with combatants and sandbox teams, prototyping new AI combatants, and helping to introduce new sandbox elements (weapons, vehicles).
This YouTube thumbnail keeps taunting me and I want to scream at it "I KNOW WHAT IT IS GIVE ME SOME THROUGH THE COMPUTER SCREEN RIGHT NOW"
Had a lot of time on my hands lately so I’ve been watching a lot of Iron Chef - it was always pretty obvious the Chairman was kayfabe but this is the first time I’ve heard that they gave the character a mock funeral in the last episode because he died of blowfish poisoning
Week one of unemployment done Looks like I’m in for a lot more Slowly adapting to their schedule
Done my job stuff for the day. Now I'm gonna see how fast I can level this guy.
What would become another feature I’m super proud of - the population controller, the system that dictates which encounters can exist when and how they can respawn, and ways to easily manage all of that.
