While I don't think it's *this* simple, I do think this is a salient thought. A big part of the issue with AI is anthropomorphising it as sentient rather than just a series of hyper-complicated computer prompts. And in treating it as such, it acts as a demoralising agent when it replaces jobs.

Always extremely validating to confirm I'm not crazy for thinking it's the most unhinged gooners who have this raucous chip on their shoulder about PF2e.
The funny thing is the original post they were responding to isn't even about teamwork, it was me talking about how PF2e is basically anti-pregame optimisation meta, and they chimed in saying basically 'I build not assuming team-mates because I can't trust them.'
On today's edition of 'why are you booing, I'm right': not engaging with other players in a social group activity is good, ackshually, and suggesting that it's probably not a good idea to create systems that encourage myopic behaviour is bad.
