Here's a "filmed in NOLA" deep cut. Terrible movie, practically unwatchable, but the cast is STACKED (not on the poster: Vince Vaughn, Wendell Pierce, John Carroll Lynch) and directed by Stephen Frears (Hi Fidelity). Watch NO stand in for Vegas, NYC, and even Curacao (a.k.a. Eden Isles/Slidell).
One thing I love about this month's @antigravitymag.bsky.social is that we feature not 1 but 2 "8x10 press promos" in 2026. You see, children, in olden times bands would have to make these prints and mail them to their publications of choice to have their photo run in the paper.
