- Like the Grell they descended from, Haranir are matriarchial, and females often take on multiple mates, though the opposite is less common (but not necessarily forbidden). - They do not have public marriage ceremonies; rather, intimacy itself pairs two Haranir together for life!
Perhaps Agamaggan's quills were an adaptative holdover from that, even as everything was "smoothed out" during the Ordering? - Aln'sharan is not a cloud serpent, and is in fact a MASSIVE mana wyrm who has been bathing in the light of the cradle for millenia!
Hi'reek was original one of the razorquill bats. Halazzi was once a grimlynx. Maybe the Bear Brothers were originally Quill-bears?? - The fact that Haranir and their wild shapes have quills suggest that proto-Azeroth was a very thorny place, despite only few animals having them in the modern era.
- Some modern day Wild Gods actually once took the forms of these beasts before being slain during the Black Empire and coming back as their more modern version. For example, the wolverine-esque Cat form likely was a predecessor to the wolverine Ancient Guardian from the WotA who created the Wolvar.
- Haranir wild shapes are actually the forms of ancient beasts of pre-Black Empire Azeroth that went extinct, or are extremely endangered, having survived because the Haranir brought some to Harandar. Their forms have persisted only because they have been passed down from the Root Walkers (Druids).
- Haranir do not eat much meat; almost every animal in Harandar is a florafauna except for grimlynx and a few endangered creatures that they take as animal forms. Besides that, there are also insects. This means they pretty much just eat plants (and plant animals) and insects.
My bet is "this number is completely wrong and overblown because there's no way we're getting 13 WHOLE CLASSES in a WotC product How would the Rogue even differ from the 5e one??? This seems much more feasible.
I love her SO much, she's such a sweetheart!!! To go a little deeper, I designed Raava to be Hexlord Raal's younger sister, who came up in a conversation between he and his wife She's engaged to a Darkspear half her size named Rai (who in our canon is one of Vol'jin's sons). She loves her tiny man
But for our D&D game, we also have different interpretations of some canon NPCs! - Delas Moonfang, Paladin of Elune - Hannah Bladeleaf, Outrider, Huntress, and Druid of the Branch - Elasariel Bloodwrath, Master Hunter of the Illidari - Mahka, Frostwolf shaman and second mate of Mankrik
I have three WoW OCs who come to mind! - Raava, a Zandalari priestess of Torga and talekeeper who loves stories. - Vittoria Trollbane, a Stromic princess who fights with a massive shield and her battle-voice - Thrud Thorimsdottir, a val'kyr and daughter of Keeper Thorim with a tragic past
Okay I see why people said this was a great game. I have some complaints, mostly about dated gameplay mechanics (WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU CAN BREAK OR STEAL MY SHIT WHENEVER YOU WANT???) and there were plenty of bullshit moments. But the story was great and the writing was fire, even if the ending hurt
Teemo Manabrake; tinkerer, blue dragonsworn under Kalecgos, and mechanic extraordinaire. She's all about energy efficiency and safety without sacrificing top speed. She's an ace driver, a Kaja'kola addict, and knows her way around a can of spraypaint as well as she does a samophlange.
This was ALLEGEDLY posted on a Roll20 blog before being hastily removed. If it is true, I am more excited for BlizzCon than I could have possibly thought. As always, TAKE IT WITH A GRAIN OF SALT until any official announcements. But if they give me a third edition of WoW D&D, I will be SO PUMPED
Oh man, I would HAVE to see my goblin girl in your sky if I won! Either way, congrats on the big milestone, and I'm glad to be one of them!
It's official. The Horde party successfully defeated the Avatar of Sargeras and his vessel, Aegwynn, in the heart of the Tomb. Medivh spent all of the power of the Guardian in order to buy them time to escape the isle's destruction. This chapter is finally wrapping up! Time for the epilogues!

It is said that Mother Moon and the Eternal Sun emerged from this place to fight back against the shadows. It is a place where thought becomes real, impulse becomes action, and half-forgotten figments become beautiful monsters. One must tread carefully there, lest they become lost forever.
But beyond Harandar lies the Rift of Aln. Called Limbo by the Kaldorei, and Provenance, The Inception, or The Place of Origin by divinity, it is believed to be the natural state of the Dream when not exposed to consciousnesses. It is a realm of Id, raw emotion, and forgotten dreams.
