OK, this might not look like much, but according to the NHS, I am no longer obese. Have shifted just over 8st since Nov 25. And now have less than 20lbs to go to reach my final target. Thanks to everyone who has kept me going with support 😍😍😍 just thought you should know xx
So, here we go again with the monthly Bridget update ... It's been a good month for targets! Weight. Lost 12.5lbs (target was 9.5lbs 🎉) Swimming : 29km (target was 25km) Steps : 213k (target was 200k). Having the treadmill has really helped!
Time for the Bridget Jones post for May. This month has turned out to be better than it ever had a right to be. So, am reaching May under 20st for the first time in over ten years. And finally starting to feel like I might just fit in that tux I will hire when I get to 17st.
So apparently I have a visible ribcage ... who would have seen that coming 🤷♂️🤷♂️ #monochromemonday
#monochromemonday this week features a newbie in his first swingers club. On this occasion that means indoor mini-golf. Stayed tuned for whether or not your correspondent breaks his duck elsewhere this summer too (long term ambition rather than planned dates or partners yet)
On a trip to see Jock McFadyen's Underground (And Surface) exhibition at the Guildhall. Turns out I wore the right shirt after all. 😊

April's Bridget Jones update. Weight 20st12.25lbs, lost a stone (target 10lbs, so very happy with that). Steps 481k (target 350k, most of these were recorded movements rather than actual steps). Swimming 20.5km (target 20km, very happy with that).
