I believe this with my whole ass

It is tempting to respond directly to trans exclusionary arguments, to point out their flawed methods, to assert the morality of trans self-definition, and so on. However, we should only do so with the knowledge that these moves will not persuade an audience of people who do not believe in their own agency. When an audience has so thoroughly determined what is “true” and has so entrenched themselves in that reality, pointing out contradictions will do little to change their opinion.

so I’m notjust making this up. There was notreally a meaningful anti-trans movementin
this country before the so-called trans tipping point. Anti-trans politics is a major plank of
the Republican Party, probably the major plank, honestly. I mean, it’s allthey talk about, and
certainly as we come up to the midterms,they’re talking aboutit more and more. So it
seems like maybe there was value, notin, I don’t wantto say staying closeted, but maybe in
working forliberation and material needs in more local, community-level, less PR-focused
ways.

The Government determined these qualifications are essential, not merely beneficial, because improper installation of any single material system results in delamination, blistering, discoloration, microbial growth, or premature failure — all of which compromise public safety and the operational readiness of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool.

Here is a pattern image for a Baby Yoda doll. Presumably crochet. If you're just glancing or don't know better, maybe this is cute. But if you are knowledgeable about crochet this will look off. And if you look closely the stitches are all melty and weird.
