Television doesn't work like that. Network O/O stations are not owned by their parent network, but rather a separate company. In Disney's case, it's "ABC Owned Television Stations LLC". THEY own the stations, the stations hold their own licenses. Here's the license for KFSN-TV, HELD by KFSN

Another broadcasting "expert" who thinks the FCC can go after anyone even if they don't have the authority I find it funny how all these people who think the FCC is overreaching on the "Equal Time" rule is suddenly on board with FCC overreaching by going after cable channels.
