People in the UK don't necessarily 'get' stracchino when they try it, I don't think it does what they expect cheese to do. But I can't get enough of this stuff, its creamy thickness and subtle acidity. And you have to pile it on rather than scraping a thin layer across a cracker. #cheeseposting
