Dead Idle Games is Laura Hunt & Thomas Möhring. We make weird little pixely games. 🚨WISHLIST🚨 The Many Sins of House Ocampo! If On A Winter's Night, Four Travelers: 🚂💀
Algorithm: "Monday! Time to post the trailer again and get some wishlists on that game of yours." Me: "Yes, dear".
(also, for some reason this ~@$% site does not allow you to upload two gifs/videos in the same post, so here's the other one I wanted to include above)
Not long to go until we finish this vignette we've working on for MONTHS. What we've shown here is just a tiny bit of what you'll find in game, and this is just one of the many family flashbacks your investigation will reveal. The dev journey continues. On to the next scene!
"Today is August 4, 2026," said a second voice from the kitchen ceiling, "in the city of Allendale, California." It repeated the date three times for memory's sake. Today is Mr. Featherstone's birthday. Today is the anniversary of Tilita's marriage."
"We have more books in the basement" And this is how I am finally lured to my death.
I'm taking a few days off gamedev, social media, and Germans. Hasta la vista, baby! 👋🏻
AAALL ABOOOAAARD! HA HA HA HA! It's the TRAIN FEST and this deserves a very special, once-in-a-lifetime discount of 40% on our Supporter Pack! If you enjoyed the game, here's your chance to listen to the OST while looking at pretty pictures, all for less than a bag of chips!
FINALLYYY omg omg omg I might just call in sick tomorrow and snort it in one go

Me: OMG free Blasphemous 2 expansion?? HELL YEAH. Also me, booting up the game after a year and a half of not playing:
Opened a box and found this amazing t-shirt that I haven't worn in at LEAST 10 years. Wouldst thou like to live deliciously? ❤️🔥
I love trains ♥️ Bumped into these bookends a few weeks ago while browsing at a Thalia and I just HAD to go back for them because I couldn't stop thinking about them!
Your money is worthless here, señor Ocampo, at the end of the world. (music by the amazing Matías Olmedo)
I don't have a bucket list, but if I did, this would have been at the top. I'm still in a daze. Iron sharpens iron, Crooked wooden peacock black I have your feathers Slung across my back
Lucía worked at the Gazette, One day she received a cassette. 'I'm sorry,' it said, 'Your real mother is dead.' Which made her of course quite upset. (wishlist The many sins of House Ocampo, please and thank you! store.steampowered.com/app/4102890/)
I just found this screw on the floor of my living room and now I'm terrified of not knowing what it might have been holding together.
Watched this last night. Fantastic little arthouse horror flick, definitely flawed, messy and with some crazy plot holes (wtf did that pre-opening credits scene have to do with anything?), but the uncanny, nightmarish atmosphere really got under my skin at times.
Even though The Many Sins of House Ocampo takes place in Argentina, we couldn't help borrowing from a very specific German reference for one of the scenes we have in mind. Because who doesn't love a good (creepy) cautionary tale?
I've read this over the last couple of mornings, waking up at 5, not being able to go back to sleep, reaching out for it in a state of dormiveglia, lifting my eyes from its pages at the break of dawn, not knowing if I was here or there still. Quietly cathartic.
A *VERY WIP* peek at something you've seen in the trailer. This is the beating heart of The Many Sins of House Ocampo, the family tree that you'll need to put together piece by piece. Find clues, add them to your inventory, and figure out who they are and where they belong 🧠
