Today at the bakery I made some decent looking croissants, some delightful chocolate pistachio croissants and auditioned a cruffin, or a croissant muffin. My shit could co-main at the Tokyo Dome.

Tonight I made eggplant bayou teche. Fried eggplant medallions topped with crab and shrimp in a brown roux and all the green onions. Served with roasted okra. The sauce was so rich it owns a chateau in the Alps.

Gonna be wearing out this meme all year. Hope I'm wrong.
