Hello Bluesky people in my phone. Hope you’re all having a good day. Had a busy weekend of visitors, our guests departed after brunch today. I have been chilling in the garden with my knitting since I finished tidying up and clearing away. More dahlias appearing in the garden now 🌱

Still 30 degrees and humid inside, warm outside too but a tad more civilised at 21:40 tonight. Didn’t sleep much last night, tonight will probably be quite poor. Chances of classic English Wimbledon weather seem to be pretty low sadly. Very miffed there were no strawberries for tea tonight.

Good night people, tonight’s sunset wasn’t awe inspiring but it was nice. Even nicer was spending time with friends at a party that was bittersweet for missing one person who left us last year.
