I’m on the hunt for something as simple and reliable as AltBot (from Mastodon) to ensure all my posts on Bluesky are accessible. Since visuals are so powerful, adding alt text is a great way to make sure everyone—including those using screen readers—can enjoy my content.

On Mastodon, I love using @altbot@fuzzies.wtf because it:
✅ Automatically checks every image I post.
✅ Generates alt text if I forget to add it.
✅ Lets me copy/paste the description easily.

But what about Bluesky? Is there a similar tool or bot that can:
1. Auto-generate alt text for images I post?
2. Let me edit alt text after posting (to refine descriptions or correct errors)?

Just want to share the TLDR by Isabelle Boemeke

TL;DR
Degrowthers drive me nuts. In my experience, they almost always come from energy-rich societies and yet somehow romanticize poverty, like it's some kind of spiritual awakening. Contrary to what proponents of this philosophy may tell you, using lots of energy isn't inherently bad. In fact, energy abundance is the secret to human happiness and equality. We've already figured out how to grow economies without increasing emissions. All we need to do is sub out the dirty fuels of the past with clean ones. Ifs not rocket science, unless you count nuclear as rocket science, which, let's be real, it kind of is.
