Tonights dinner was homemade eggplant parmesan with spaghetti and a fresh garden salad. The tomatoes, eggplant, carrots, cucumbers, onions, garlic, basil, thyme, and oregano all came from the garden. Nothing beats homegrown ingredients. #GardenToTable #Homegrown
Fresh zucchini from the garden and finally cool enough to bake. Made zucchini bread and a loaf of multigrain bread since the oven was already on.

Made jalapeno, Wisconsin sharp cheddar sourdough bread. Didn't get the oven spring I was hoping for, but it still tasted awesome.
Whole wheat and sunflower seed sandwich bread. Yes, it looks lumpy on top, that's the seeds. There is nothing better than bread you made yourself!
