This morning there was a woman on the train with a cough exactly like a velociraptor calling the others cos it’s found the kids in the kitchen.
Progressive 10km on a running machine. I didn’t even watch a film while I was doing it! I am a better, more disciplined runner than I used to be. Slower, obv. But better and more disciplined nonetheless.
5km up, 5 somewhat faster km down. I should maybe be resting more after my #coast2coast, but the feeling of apparently being able to run forever, anywhere is just too intoxicating!
On this beautiful day I’m thinking of the late David Hockney and his mum.
