Starting my day with a Windows update jump scare. Rebooted and it was perfectly fine.
10 years later... 20 hours on 4 AA cells, 80 columns, full word processor with spellcheck, printer support, BBC Basic, squirted out ascii over serial. At highschool I used to borrow them from the library, even though I had a home computer. They were the ultimate no distraction machine.
The local shop has a display of "Mustela" brand moisturizer. This makes sense because "Mustela" is, of course, Latin for weasel. I assume 'Weaselgrease' was already trademarked.
