What Is the Disqualification Clause?
Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment states:

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

A recall election is the process by which citizens may remove elected officials from office before the expiration of their terms. This article summarizes the laws governing recall elections in Virginia. Virginia allows for the recall of state and local officials, but the state does not hold recall elections. If citizens collect enough signatures on a recall petition, it is sent to the state circuit courts for trial.

In 39 states, local officials can be subject to recall elections. Of those, 19 also permit recalls of state-level officials. Eleven states do not permit recalls of elected officials at any level. Click here for more information.

Federal officials
The U.S. Constitution does not provide for the recall of elected federal officials. While some state constitutions have stated that their citizens have the right to recall members of Congress, the Supreme Court has never ruled on whether such recalls are constitutional.[1] Ballotpedia does not provide coverage of federal recalls. State and local officials
Code § 24.2-233 states that "Upon petition, a circuit court may remove from office any elected officer or officer who has been appointed to fill an elective office, residing within the jurisdiction of the court."[2]

The Virginia Law Review in 1975, the year the recall statutes were enacted, noted of the law, "A single Code article now governs the removal of state and local officers, both elected and appointed, except those whose removal from office is specifically provided for in the Virginia Constitution." The statute can be interpreted to generally mean all locally elected officials can be recalled. However, given ambiguity in the statute language, particularly in regard to court jurisdiction, it is unclear as to what extent the recall process would apply to state officers.

Fixed it

In an attempt to inject a modicum of truth into pathological liar narratives I adjusted the cover of JD Vance's upcoming book. Normally a Vice President releasing a book while occupying the White House would be unusual but JD Vance is not a legitimate Vice President as Trump unilaterally disqualified himself from the office of president with his "steal the election insurrection" which invalidates Vance as well.

Back to the book: Pandering My Way Back to Caste Nazism by JD Vance shows an 1882 lynching which is what the illegitimate Trump regime's actions have been trying to resurrect. Caste Nazism alludes to Isabel Wilkerson's seminal book connecting classism with American racism and how that in part inspired Hitler's Nazism. Vance panders to uneducated White Nationalists who are steering our country backwards not forwards. If there is anyone or thing Vance is communing to it is antithetical to the scriptures, beliefs and values he hollowly espouses.
