Very good pitch; the hard part is deciding WHICH world is muppets. The Matrix - where muppet is their residual self-image? Or The Real World - because we're all muppets and it's the system forcing us to behave as the humans we're expected to be? The trans and/or furry allegory works either way?
The top 10% of richest Americans own 87% of stocks. They own AT MOST 20% of *socks*. Because they have the same number of feet as everyone else. If you give the rich another dollar, they throw it on the pile. Buying stock is just a pile. Give a working person $1 they will stimulate the economy.
