Haven't found Tokyo to be all that immersive in Forza Japan—not enough pedestrians, I think?—but the rural areas are jaw-dropping.

The Spear Cuts Through Water is an incredible read. The framing device, the characters, the worldbuilding, it's all impeccable. One of those books I wish I could read for the first time again.
I've noticed that a few titles on Shueisha's Manga Plus app don't have translators credited, but this is the first one that's made me actively wonder if it wasn't fully human-translated. These characters are talking about a book, but rather than translating 見よ as "look at" it's gone for "watch".
Stripped down the Dreamcast to put a new fan in, turns out I have an unusual model with an extra metal plate blocking the space where the new fan needs to go. I just need to cut the plate to make space, but don't seem to have the right tools. 😩

Maybe I'm being pedantic, but I don't think you should be allowed to call your delivery service "Tracked 48" unless you're going to actually deliver it within 48 hours. "Two to three business days" is up to 120 hours, over a weekend! That's two and a half times 48!
This is why people use Amazon instead of smaller retailers. £8 shipping (which takes 10-15 days!) on a £4 item that would fit in a padded envelope? And then the gall to ”congratulate” me on saving £1.22.
