My local church was seriously damaged by an arson attack but fortunately was adequately insured and there is an £11 million fund to restore it. I hope St Andrew's is similarly covered
It was an interesting job as I was a junior part of a small design team. All pencil and paper with no CAD or PC's I did get a ride on it at the Old Dalby test track which was fun but I have never ridden on any of the final variants unfortunately.

It can and has been. York Cathedral after the roof fire, Notre Dame likewise and my local church. The National Trust has also fully restored old houses after serious fires. Granted above are repairs but the skill is there given the drive and the money
The Mackworth Church rebuild, after an arson attack, is coming along slowly but surely. I don't like the green roof slates much but I cannot remember what was there before. Personally I would have preferred blue fired clay tiles as more representative of the local building style
