Had a very aggressive robin nest in a bend in one of our gutters. Came to love her brand of crazy, and we were excited to see her babies hatch. Got home from a concert late Wednesday to this barred owl sitting under the nest. Despite my efforts to scare it away, it came back and all was lost.

My dog Petey is 13, and he's the coolest, chillest, funniest, cutest, and most cuddly he's ever been. Still tootling around with the best of them. Photo is a couple years old. Still looks the same, with perhaps a little more sugar on his face.
