After skimming the lawsuit I think I gotta conclude that the brand has a point unfortunately. Like she's straight up using their logo/branding to sell merch that directly competes with them. If I saw this I would assume it's a collab. And they've tried talking to her for years about it now
I feel this, we have to give basil an expensive prescription diet for his piss issues and it is such a pain in the ass. He prefers the other cats' food, and liz prefers basil's food 🙃, so they constantly try to swap
