Slight spoilers:The Genbu Kaiden manga was the first I collected and I'm in process of delighting through Byakko as it comes out and getting... freaking Miaka's tale too.... But volume 4 of Byakko has my heart in tears! Taki and Uruki have the most beautiful love story!

Fruiting Bodies A collection of short stories ranging from fantastic and macabre to almost trivially mundane. The characters you meet are mostly women and largely queer, which is a refreshing and provides a unique experience. A man's perspective might give more of a King experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/2

Finished Butcher's Masquerade ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When dinosaurs become part of the plot, you know it's going to be wild! Carl and Donut are once again causing mass chaos in and outside of the dungeon with each floor leaving lasting consequences on them and their fellow crawlers..
Finished Gate of the Feral Gods ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The stakes seem to only get higher for Carl and Donut as they move to the fifth floor. Sponsers are insinuating strange alliances, crawlers at insidious changes to their psyche, and there's a dang goose that lives up to its heritage! Still a wild ride! 1/2
WHOOOO! WHOOO! ALL ABOARD! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As the Royal Court of Princess Donut makes their way to the fourth floor, it becomes a mess of intrigue, betrayal, and hope for humanity. Carl coming in clutch with his 'Carlness' and finding new ways to make it through the various death traps. 1/2
Finished Carl's Doomsday Scenario ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In a continuation of the first book, we get MORE political intrigue, drama, and survival tactics that send Carl and Donut both straight to the deep end of what it means to be in danger for your pets. Truly, a REALLY great sequel! 1/2

Finished the Bog Wife ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When a generational tradition is to be continued, five siblings realize that perhaps the land doesn't wish it. Together and individually, they come to conclusions about what they want for their futures and that of the familial land they grew up on. 1/2
Finished Starship Troopers! When Rico graduates he wants to join the military to become a citizen of the Federation. We follow him through his rise in the ranks and his intuition through dealing with the bugs. For those of you who enjoy seeing the MCs overcome obstacles you will like it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 1/3
So, I have an old character named Rosemary, and... she needed a revamp! So she has freckles and longer hair!! And some wolf studies! Cause... they're odd but cute! Don't mind the eyes. XD
A little bit with Despia, who, upon venting her frustration at her newly acknowledged God-hood takes on Culvert as a champion. My fav part, was that when Depsia gave 15 points of temp HP, Culvert had the same amount of healing to her horns. Equivalent exchange!
(Finally) finished Absolution, the final book of the Southern Reach. In a few flashbacks dating to before the border of Area X came down and the first expedition, we are treated to a conclusion. The biologists, Old Jim and Lowrey tell another interesting peice od the puzzle. ⭐️⭐️ 1/2
