I used a different sweetener (agave), and instead of Korean chilli flakes used regular ones, but halved the quantity. Couldn’t find the mushroom mentioned, so didn’t bother, it still tasted amazing.
One of the neighbours has a new cat. If blends in the background so well, our dog, who’s sitting some 10 metres away from it, hasn’t spotted it yet 😳
I guess as long as you have a decent local bakery, you’ll get by. During the war(in Croatia) when it was hard to get hold of bread, I baked a lot (including burek and strudel), and was know in my block of flats as Lady Di- apparently ‘Lady’ has origins connected to bread making 🤷♀️
I use this- the teeth on this gadget spin, so it goes really easily through the heavy coat 💪
Sheep, sorry, I mean dog, shearing season has started 😲 The woolly undercoat has to come out in preparation for summer. He’s a much happier boy now 😊.
He was a good little jumper, and they did well in competitions (just a few local ones and the Pony Club). They also and two Pony Club camps, absolutely the best thing she ever did with him.
In his cheeky moments- he knew where the treats lived 😂; and ‘having kisses’ ❤️
And it was from that moment on that absolutely the worst flare up of her life took hold, which lasted three years and nearly cost her her life at one point. Animals can be our family, most definitely, and he really was that and more . Little Cludo ❤️
Current mood: terrible 😞 Stuck in Cambridge, waiting for the AA. Don’t think they’ll be able to change the tyre as it’s runflats. Hubby trying to find someone who might have one in stock, in Cambridge, but no luck. This might prove to be a very expensive visit 😩😩😩
Managed to take myself out for coffee. A little bit of self-care 😊
Morning. I actually managed to sleep in a bit, so that’s a small miracle 😊. In-laws coming over for dinner tonight, so food shopping on the list of chores today. Oh, and cows were out in force in Cambridge yesterday (photos as evidence). Have a good day everyone 🧡

Morning. Today would have been my dad’s 82nd birthday. I still miss him every day, especially his calm, loving nature, and his famous bear hugs. Will be having tea and cake in his honour later, but I just wish I could be home today, with mum 😔. Here he is with my kids, he was a wonderful grandpa ❤️
Morning. Took daughter out yesterday to give her a break from studying (although I’m seriously worried she’s not where she’s meant to be with it by now 😔). Enjoyed seeing calves, lambs and bluebells. Back to daily grind today. Have a good day everyone 🧡

Morning. Hubby and I made an impromptu visit to daughter yesterday, as she needed a bit of cheering up. Had a lovely lunch, followed by a walk by the river (which the dog appreciated very much too). Hopefully we get to enjoy more sunshine today 🤞. Have a good day everyone 🧡
