Hmm if you look at Fbref: Fernandes v Bergvall's 24-25 (since Frank misused Lucas & he barely played 25-26) then Mateus seems like only a slight improvement on Lucas. Bergvall is 1.5 years younger too. Shouldn't their fees be closer? (Rather than reporting of £85m for Fernandes & £55m for Lucas)

I don't think this is true, because if Nithya loses her race for mayor then she still holds her City Council seat. (From LAT) And if she wins, then a socialist would have a good chance of replacing her.

Nope he used to be a Green, but ran and won for controller as a Dem, and then switched back to the Green party after being elected.
