Been playing BEASTRO the last few hours, it’s so delightful. A combo of deckbuilding roguelite with stunning hand drawn characters and a restaurant/farming simulator. Get ingredients, chop em up, serve your town and then go into combat for new foods and recipes. A lovely art style and full of charm.
They got me with the Marvel Superheroes crossover already. Working on a villains/Doctor Doom deck, this shit is expensive though 💀

One of the all time greats! Still treasure this #1, it had a connected 5 page massive opening scene I’ve never seen done in comics before. Just a brilliant, genderbent scifi take on a classic.
The Mass Effect bug is itching… it’s been long enough and we haven’t gotten a new/good game in so long. Nostalgia is a BITCH I still remember beating Mass Effect 1 for the first time half my lifetime ago and this song playing in the credits. Such a fucking BANGER. Stuck with me for nearly 20 years.
Watched Mike and Nick and Nick and Alice last night with the crew. One of the better straight to streaming comedies I’ve watched in a while! Lovely performances from the whole cast, and it was wickedly funny. 5% hardcore science fiction/ 95% gangster film. Very much worth a watch.

I was kind of hoping that The Blood of Dawnwalker wouldn’t be good so I had one less game to play, but the early previews are saying it’s got the sauce. A vampire inspired Witcher game is exactly up my alley, but so are two dozen other games in the next few months 😭
