One of the funniest things that has happened at my teens’ table is that, completely organically, the kids (who all have actual phones) have decided that they’re going to use non-phone items whenever they make phone calls in-character. It consistently cracks me up.
Also, we were confused why Tron light cycles are permitted on this trail.
Great hike on the McKeldin Switchback today (even with the literal pall over things from the smoke — we were largely protected by the valleys, but stay safe out there!).
Oh man, great choice, Joey! I just got some of their drukks, and the quality is off the charts.

It never fails. You can put hours of work, commission art, and weave multiple players backgrounds into an NPC, but who do the players like best? The random guy for whom you had to grab stock art and come up with a quirk on the fly. This is Stephen. He ends every phone call with “I HAVE SPOKEN.”

Kiddo has recently gotten super into birds, and this is far and away my favorite of their hyperfixations so far. These texts have literally no preceding context other than a picture of said owl (attached), also sent without context. (cc: @purpleproselady.bsky.social )
