Before we flew home we walked to a shopping mall in Beverly Hills. I saw this Lucky Box that has signed sports memorabilia and Pokemon cards. Yes it’s autographed with a certificate in of authenticity. I know without a shadow of a doubt it was Cousin Ron telling me to do it. Thank you Ron 🙏
Got in a Westport trip on the Hula Girl. My 16 lb 9 ounce king came in 2nd for the biggest fish of the day in Westport
I tried chat gpt for the 1st time and was able to clean up and colorize my Uncle Adors picture. Was able to remove the person with him too. The only thing it missed was his glasses on the color version
I haven’t posted much about my #HeartHealth workouts in a while so here is a little update. Today I pushed myself the hardest I’ve done on the treadmill for a while. I kept the treadmill grade at 5% to keep my heart rate as high as possible. Felt great. #HeartStrong
Another beautiful day out fishing. No fish but Julie did get a fish hook in her finger. She is at the walk in clinic now 🫤 Nope it wasn’t me she got herself

Very low tide today. Glad I didn’t try to go out. Lots of mud around the Everett boat launch
