Morning - a day with nothing on the calendar, hurrah! It will include sewing, painting, baking and housework. A very successful day's croquet yesterday, everyone had a great time, they want to make it an annual event. The venue was beautiful, weather glorious and the cafe top notch. Happy Monday!
Great news that it leaves you unscathed, you hear such horror stories. Well we had a most enjoyable and bizarre day yesterday, picture hundreds of mannequins in various stages of decay ranged around a farmyard like zombie movie extras. Croquet today, more photos to follow. Happy Sunday everyone.

Sorry I'm late, hope everyone's days went well. I finished the headdress enough to wear, teamed it with my other white garments, the costume went down a storm. Today I've been trying to get stuff done prior to going away. Audit final changes done and submitted. Now sewing more cushion covers.
Morning, I hope the marmite tax is not too exorbitant. Another scorchingly hot day today. We had our parade yesterday, unexpectedly shorter than last year which was a shame. Pics below. I have a "free" day today and am aiming to do some clearing out and sewing. I need more space!! Happy Monday all!
Sounding good. I've just had my knee injection, all feeling okay but I'm taking it easy for an hour. Tamworth is a town of mixed charm, quirkiness and seaminess. I enjoyed it though, well worth a visit. Met the famous cat which guards the castle car park. Long hot journey home ahead. Happy Fridayx

Sounds like you've had a very busy time and need to catch up on your sleep. A very damp day is forecast here, much needed rain. It will help all the plants we got in the ground yesterday. Not such good news for the braderie we were hoping to attend which may get cancelled. Happy Sunday!

My big news is that I finished the main body of the rug throw. Photo doesn't show the colours true but you get the idea. I've found a new adult dance class, jazz technique - my favourite. Going to try it next Wednesday, very excited about it. That said, today's class was fun, contemporary.

Morning! We have snow, at last. Though regrettably Mosey doesn't seem very excited by it. Only a light covering. We tried a snowball and he just ate it. Today I'll be doing cleaning and admin, all very dull but I want the boxes ticked. Trying to get hold of the garage. Have a happy Monday everyone.

Are you feeling any better? I've got a relaxed day of recovery. Despite not drinking alcohol, I'm feeling rather day afterish, probably all the singing and dancing. The madrigals went well and the party was fun in the evening. Today I'm organising my burlesque costume for Wednesday. Happy weekend!
Don't blame you for that! I've nearly finished packing up here and we'll be setting off soon. The Christmas market was beautiful last night, Arras has a glorious Grand Place and several other squares, all filled with festive stalls and games. Have a lovely rest of Saturday everyone.
Morning, grey here but dry, a warm front coming through. Hope the lessons go well. We had a lovely walk in the Château park at Regniere Écluse yesterday, didn't see wild boar though they had dug extensively. Tried a new restaurant, excellent. Meeting friends for a walk later. Happy Thursday!
