I’m a Rural Letter Carrier. College educated but I didn’t complete my last course to get my degree for personal reasons. And I host Karaoke and DJ for extra cash and for fun when I can find work.
I Love Comida Club. Organizing meals at work is about the only thing I’m not messing up. Diana’s queso was off the chain.
Another successful “Comida Club” at work. We skipped March but it was fun as usual.
No better time to be had hanging with my coworkers. We lost Kyle to cancer and met up to raise a glass to him and others. And to remember why we are the best office.
Idaho ate/destroyed two tomato plants and Ghanimah munched on as much cilantro as she could reach. Planted two new tomato plants and locked the garden down. Including a “beer can with pennies” alarm.
Speaking of the lil devil. He was chillin in the shade people watching by the doggie window.
Reclaimed my abandoned garden. The Miller Light aluminum can is filled with pennies to keep the dogs out. Idaho already destroyed two tomato plants but I’m hoping they’ll come back.
I keep my side gig on a separate Bluesky but this intersects. Hosted a retirement party for a friend and it went well. Only had time to take video before everyone showed. Ended up with around 80 people. Great time.
Awesome! They got Dr. Weir to head the commission to address the “lying eyes” phenomenon. My PCP wasn’t any help at all.
Met with me new PCP today and oh boy. The new paitent questions. Are you depressed? Yeah, I’m liberal. Are you frequently tired? Yeah, I’m 44. Are you anxious? Yeah, I have a career overseen by the Govt. But it’s not a problem… …you know at your age, 2 drinks max Me
A little kitty took a ride inside the engine bay of a mail truck. We rescued him today. Took a long time to get him. He/she is safe. Sacrificed half a sandwich but it was worth it.
I took the toys out before I took the picture and Idaho has already spread them all over. My mom rescues German Shepards. She has 6. I’ve only rescued Idaho but want to follow her lead.
His hobby is digging holes. Also teething. So not hauling off those branches. They just disappear on their own now.
Handling getting neutered like a champ. Although he forgot how to walk. He sits. Just pick him up. Move him wherever and he’ll just ponder the universe for ya.
My lil studio buddy. I’m working and playing tunes. And Idaho is just chilling. ❤️
Trying to get them to play more. Their focuses are completely different. Ghanimah is focused on pedestrians and barking. Idahos are his big sister and me. 🤷🏼♂️
Ghanimah always has the weirdest look. But is in fact quite the Lady and well trained. Do not let Idaho fool you. He is The Great Destroyer.
I loved the rally. I want to fight more in this way. Maybe more music and a better PA (mine) but it wasn’t my office hosting. And I didn’t press the issue. But I watched and learned.
