for beatblock i have mostly used this "feature" to hide a meme edit of our own songs, and cat videos (also free tip for any love2d devs reading this thread: to avoid big steam downloads for small patches, write your build system to split up your data into multiple zips and mount them at runtime!)

Beatblock's file structure. The exe is only 1.5mb, while the actual data of the game is split into lots of zip files that are separated by purpose, so for example an update to a font doesn't affect the zip that stores the music at all
