fuck it I'm in a SHARING mood~ I've been taking some stabs at scribbling possible nulform pilots, so enjoy my two faves so far: Ethereal appearance with Light in the Void and Supernova Soul and Statuesque appearance with Blood Reactor(A move I'm considering renaming still)

A girl with floaty hair and a robe-like outfit. There is a visible glow emanating from inside her ribs. Don't worry, there's definitely no track called Fading Star and it definitely doesn't have her turn into a black hole when it fills. Having a Supernova Soul is very normal, safe and fine. Anyway, she also has a glow halo projecting some shapes, since she can mentally link with he friends to psych them up in the heat of a fight and how the hell do you depict that in someone so serene? XD

A statuesque dyke in a strapped up flight suit. Sure she's got a robotic arm but I doubt that's distracted you from the giant gash in the side of her head that's leaking purple smoke and chunks. She's just your average rugged girl who's mech is almost literally a second body. They share permanent damage, which is cool, but both bodies display the scars. Also, my players praised how nice the character sheet was, without even knowing I made it. And Malak here is a Nulform, the playbook I've been writing! So let me give you a sneak peak of the moves fae took (and a bit of the lore blurb~)

I'm going to explain the actual thing the move does rather than transcribe the mechanics, for ease of understanding: 1. Beyond Comprehension. Once per session, through whatever inhuman means you possess you can turn a normal success (rolled on a stat you have 3 points in, this is a high chance) into a crit! In exchange though, you also suffer the results of a failure too. 2. A Light in the Void: you can burn your own health to boost allies more powerfully than normal, even from outside the scene they're in! 3. Built in Her Image: you don't see the difference between mechs and people. You treat people like mechs and can talk to them like a peer even while they're piloted.

"The Returned - NulForm
Some pilots are rumoured to be so good they must have been born in the cockpit. For you? That’s literal. NulForm is a catch all for pilots who were not born in a womb or GeneBuilt vat.They’re a ragtag group mostly defined by abnormality instead of a shared identity, and as such vary greatly.

Possible examples include:
-A human woven into being by an X-10’s cockpit, akin to the Loom it was formed on.
-An experimental mechanical mind coming to emotional sentience.
-A being more native to the Violet Realm itself manifesting a human form.
