That's a wrap. Pollo asado grilled over mesquite on the Santa maria pit while I smoked some pork spare ribs in the masterbuilt 1050, and some corn on the cob I smoked then finished wrapped in foil with butter and Spanglish Asadero's elote seasoning.
It's BBQ time. Still have a bunch of corn and chicken to grill too!
