Lying in bed, snuggling w my cat, feeling a little overwhelmed, thinking of all I have to do relating to the Finance Order of my divorce, but zero energy- it can wait till tomorrow when my PA here to help. So going to carry on lying down & may do a meditation- to calm my mind down.

Similar- I was given an Arsenal pin badge at a similar age & so supported them. I haven’t followed them for many many years & if I were to be asked now- I’d say I support NUFC 🙌 I took this view on Friday, from my solicitor’s office, of the sea of tributes to Kevin Keegan outside the stadium.

I’m being spoilt by friends popping in 2 sort food/drinks/oversee meds, changing cat’s litter. I’ve been under huge stressors for 2+ yrs, all sorted at private FDR on Fri, good Judge & barrister 🙌 But PEM kicking in, in bed w cat & so so fatigued, altho my mind a bit manic thinking of Fri events.

My PA’s husband & daughter were at the NFR Pride Run 5k yesterday evening- they had a photo w Dame Kelly Holmes 🙌

So I’m watching BBC1 David Attenborough about the Gobi Desert & the very rare & critically endangered Gobi Bear. I hope they survive & don’t become extinct. Wish could help them meet up more often in the huge desert!

That sounds very good, but as we know- don’t overdo things. My effort today has been getting up & dressed & a lovely phone call w my son. That’s me just about ‘done’ energy wise for the rest of day, my neighbour is maybe bringing over some melon to eat later. Pink cosmos & pink rose in my garden 😊

ITV news item said black/black & white cats are 75% of cats up for adoption- as people think are bad luck(not) or brown/white/tabby better on social media. The reason I have Siamese is I had 2 rescue Siamese when pregnant w my son w asthma, & he reacts less to Siamese cf other cats, not the colour!

Since I’ve been meditating- my breathing rate at rest is about 6-8 breaths per minute- and much more aware of them too! 😊 #ArtOfBreathing

So far today- I’ve had breakfast in bed, had tel call w my daughter, added new neighbours to our street WhatsApp , showered. Now contemplating getting up, may sit in garden. That’s my effort for the day! Minimal sleep last night as air pressure change due to storm triggered a nasty Cluster attack.

Well done! I had a pair nesting in the Old Dairy- one of outbuildings at my cottage in Northumberland- well until, against my wishes- my soon 2 b former husband, filled in the gap in the roof slates they entered thro 🙁 I spent hours trying to get good videos of them coming into feed- so so agile! 😍

I’m disappointed in Starmer & Cabinet, despite voting 4 him 4 leader & for Labour in GE. I’ve since given up my LP membership & joined The Green Party. Starmer’s political advisors & comms team have been dreadful!! But there also have been achievements- but very poorly publicised. See list 👇🏻

My young adult kids & I absolutely love the Lay’s Campesina crisps- so much so- we likely have ‘the gene’ 🤔 🧬 ☺️ Whenever we holidayed in Spain- we’d buy loads of bags - just as well this flavour not generally available in UK- or we might have turned into crisps!
