The timeline makes it look like Capaldi's Doctor has said: Tomonoura, a harbor town in Hiroshima Prefecture, has captivated filmmakers. Miyazaki Hayao stayed there for two months and used the port as the model for Ponyo. Hollywood also arrived when The Wolverine filmed scenes among its cobblestone streets.

The headline and I think the article itself is misleading in that the contributing factor was what kind of job women had, not what each woman did on the job as an individual. To my mind the implied intervention would be "get a desk job" not "lean forward less."

Information on occupation was retrieved from the Occupational and Industry Register with the Danish 1988 version of the International Standard Classification of Occupations (DISCO-88) from 1 January 2004, and the 2008 version from 1 January 2010 (DISCO-08).17 We used a crosswalk to convert DISCO-88 codes to DISCO-08 codes.18 Women were assigned their occupational job code from the year their pregnancy started. Time spent standing, walking and forward bending ≥30° during working hours was assessed using the PRECISE JEM15 developed in 2025 from a Danish pregnancy cohort.19 Briefly, the PRECISE JEM is a quantitative JEM based on a combination of accelerometer measurements from 403 female workers (109 DISCO-08 codes) and ratings from three experts (all 1171 DISCO-08 codes), using linear mixed-effect models and best linear unbiased predictions. The JEM provides estimates of occupational hours spent standing, walking and forward bending ≥30° while in an upright position for all DISCO-08 codes. The JEM for standing was trimester-specific; therefore, exposure was assigned according to trimester with a 1-week lag. In contrast, the JEMs for walking and bending were merely pregnancy-specific, hence the same exposure estimate was applied throughout pregnancy. The exposure variables were continuous and represent hours per 8-hour workday.15

I'm at the Freud Museum in London, which is in Freud's last dwelling, a nice house on a street of nice houses. At a guess, largely paid for by fees from American psychiatrists who wanted to become psychoanalysts and so went to Vienna to be analysed by Freud. (Will update if I find otherwise within)

Sculptures at Ekeberg Park in Oslo. Today I learned that the city bought this land to develop a place for factory workers to go to get away from polluted air and the crowds. So then of course a few years later Edvard Munch gets anxious there and has the idea for The Scream. Artists. So ungrateful.
