I know most don’t want to see kids’ music, but my kids’ jazz performance at the local Jazz Loft (in Stony Brook, NY) sounded as professional as any other group. I’m also a proud mom (so take it as it is).

The kids are ok. They’ll lead the way. Tonight I had the privilege to attend the NJHS. National junior honor society has many requirements like community service and leadership plus academic activities to be admitted. This class has 116 kids (including mine).

Amazing! I love it. I currently have a bonded pair of sibling rescues. The behavior is the same.

Related- our sweet Parker was rescued 14 years ago (by me finding her while on a jog). She was about 5 weeks and definitely dumped. None of her siblings were found. Why are humans so awful?

I’m in Puerto Rico for my husband’s conference. I’m literally ready to move to this beautiful place.

Thankfully in the US, our family went to cut a Christmas tree. A tradition we’ve had since the children were teeny.

We had an opportunity to do a wine glass painting at our corner bar. So much fun!
